We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Application Development and Maintenance (ADM) projects with a strong focus on Release Management and related governance processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Release Manager 2 PH 7B tools or frameworks and demonstrate strong leadership in managing software release lifecycles and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and manage software releases across multiple environments ensuring timely delivery and quality.

Lead and manage ADM projects ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.

Collaborate with development, QA, operations, and business teams to define release schedules and coordinate deployments.

Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies related to releases, escalating as necessary.

Ensure compliance with organizational standards and release management best practices.

Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management.

Required Skills:

Proven experience as a Release Manager or in a similar role with Release Manager 2 PH 7B expertise.

Strong project management skills with experience in ADM projects.

Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and release processes.

Ability to manage multiple releases concurrently.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Risk management and problem-solving capabilities.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience with automated release tools or CI/CD pipelines.

Familiarity with ITIL and change management frameworks.

Experience in Agile or DevOps environments.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.

Project Management certifications (PMP, Prince2, Agile) are a plus.
