Key Responsibilities
  • Generate leads and identify potential clients through proactive outreach.
  • Schedule and conduct client meetings (in-person or via phone).
  • Perform financial needs analysis and recommend customized solutions.
  • Prepare and process client documentation and applications.
  • Provide after-sales support to strengthen client relationships.
Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Engage partners to actively refer clients for financial solutions.
  • Promote reciprocity by referring clients for other financial products and services.
  • Regularly update stakeholders on activities, performance, and referral status.
Professional Development
  • Complete onboarding and training programs covering products, sales processes, and tools.
  • Attend advanced training and certification programs for career growth.
  • Get accredited to conduct client events, both onsite and offsite.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of any 4-year or 5-year Bachelor's degree.
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles (e.g., retail sales, real estate, banking, insurance, medical sales).
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Open to fresh graduates with strong sales potential.
