HR and Finance Assistant

The HR and Finance Assistant supports the HR and Finance departments by managing payroll, employee records, recruitment, and financial documentation to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records, including contracts, attendance, and performance evaluations.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Monitor employee benefits, including leave balances and health insurance coverage.
- Handle employee concerns and escalate issues to the HR Manager or Finance Supervisor when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Organize and coordinate training sessions and employee engagement activities.
Finance Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process employee payroll, including calculating commissions and overtime.
- Maintain accurate financial records related to payroll, expenses, and employee benefits.
- Process payments to suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
- Assist in reconciling financial discrepancies and resolving any issues.
- Support the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Monitor and track budgets for HR and operational expenses.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in HR and/or Finance roles.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, payroll processing, and financial management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
