Job Description:

  1. Drive new business opportunities through targeted lead generation and client acquisition
  2. Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from lead sourcing and proposal creation to contract negotiations and vendor approval
  3. Maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement, addressing concerns, and ensuring seamless after-sales support
  4. Oversee contract management, renewals, and compliance with agreed terms
  5. Ensure SLA adherence and handle project-related commercial concerns
  6. Provide accurate reports on sales performance, client engagement, and fulfillment progress

Qualifications:

  1. Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, IT, Computer Science, or any four-year course
  2. With at least 2 years of experience in Business Development, Client Acquisition, Account Management, or Sales within a service-oriented industry
  3. Strong sales presentation, negotiation, lead generation, and relationship management skills
  4. Background in digital marketing
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
