We are a growing SME looking for a Finance Manager (CPA) to lead our accounting, taxation, and compliance functions. This is a controller-type role — perfect for someone hands-on, detail-oriented, and ready to build strong financial systems for a scaling business.

What You'll Do
  • Oversee accounting, books, and monthly financial reports
  • Handle BIR filings, audits, and government compliance (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
  • Monitor cash flow and strengthen internal controls across payables and receivables
  • Support management with budgeting, forecasting, and financial insights
What We're Looking For
  • CPA (required)
  • 3–5 years' experience in accounting/finance (SME background preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of taxation, audit, and compliance
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with lean teams
