We are looking for proactive and detail-oriented professionals to join our Customer Experience Team, specializing in leasing, resident screening, and vendor support. What You'll DoDepending on your assigned function, you will:
Leasing & Resident Support
Engage with prospective tenants via phone, email, and SMS to guide them through the leasing process.
Handle inquiries, assist with lease documentation, and ensure a smooth move-in experience.
Address concerns and objections while providing excellent customer service.
Resident Screening & Application Processing
Review rental applications, verify income, conduct background checks, and assess eligibility.
Communicate with applicants regarding missing documents and application status.
Ensure compliance with leasing regulations and fair housing policies.
Vendor & Operations Support
Assist vendors with inquiries related to payments, contracts, and system access.
Process vendor-related transactions and ensure compliance with agreements.
Troubleshoot technical issues and liaise with internal teams for resolution.
Experience in Customer Support, Leasing, Property Management, Financial Screening, or Vendor Operations
Strong communication skills (written & verbal) with a customer-first approach
Tech-savvy and detail-oriented, comfortable using CRM, screening, or ticketing systems
Ability to manage high-volume tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
A proactive problem-solver with strong analytical and decision-making skills
Fluency in English and ability to work in a structured, process-driven role
