POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Marketing Copywriter, who will be helping to heighten our brand in the marketplace while working in a fun and relaxed environment. This ideal candidate will be responsible for writing copy for email blasts, follow-up emails, sales emails, and all steps of our sales funnels. You will play a critical role in our marketing process and will be a key contributor to our growth.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing our brand through multiple media avenues such as print, internet, social media, and advertising.
• Writing copy for all emails and funnel steps, using your knowledge of sales and psychology to improve sales conversion, click, and open rates.
• Analyzing email & funnel statistics and actively working to improve conversion rates at all points in the funnel/email cycle that revolve around copy.
• Split testing copy in all emails and funnels.
• Assisting and engaging in high-level discussions and decisions.
• Knowledge of Adobe Suites.
• Knowledge of Hubspot and/or Salesforce CRM.
• Developing and managing marketing campaigns.
• Collaborating with other Directors and Leaders to capitalize on opportunities.
• Assisting in implementing and maintaining budgets, schedules, marketing plans, tactics, and resources.

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Combination of Education and Experience.
• 4 Years experience as a Marketing Copywriter.
• Project management and team management experience.
• Copywriting skills.
• Planning, budgeting, and reporting experience.
• Content Creation.
• Superior research and analytical skills.
• SEO Strategy.
• Excellent verbal/written and interpersonal skills.
• Digital Marketing.
• Proven ability to successfully execute marketing programs such as targeted direct mail and email, field events, and social media.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
