Job DescriptionDescription

Core Responsibilities:

  1. Employee Surveys and Feedback: Develop, implement, and analyze employee surveys to gather feedback on workplace satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and track employee engagement trends.
  2. Program Development: Design, plan, and execute employee engagement activities, programs, and initiatives that align with the organization's goals and culture.
  3. Communication and Recognition: Promote open and transparent communication channels within the organization. Through various recognition programs, recognize and celebrate employee achievements and milestones.
  4. Wellness Programs: Develop and coordinate wellness initiatives, programs, and activities to support employees' physical and mental health, including stress management and work-life balance.
  5. Diversity and Inclusion: Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace by implementing strategies that promote equity, inclusivity, and respect for all employees.
  6. Employee Events: Organize and manage employee events, such as team-building activities, volunteer opportunities, and social gatherings, to strengthen interpersonal relationships and team cohesion.
  7. Performance Recognition: Establish and manage rewards and recognition programs to acknowledge outstanding employee contributions and boost motivation.
  8. CSR Initiatives: Design and execute CSR programs that address key social and environmental challenges while supporting business goals.
