Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Product Promotion and Sales:
  1. Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals within the assigned territory.
  2. Conduct product presentations and detailing sessions, highlighting the benefits and features of our products.
  3. Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends.
  5. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize market penetration.
  • Relationship Management:
  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.
  2. Organize and conduct medical symposia, conferences, and product launches.
  3. Provide timely and accurate information to healthcare professionals regarding our products and services.
  4. Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Territory Management:
  1. Plan and organize daily, weekly, and monthly call schedules.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  3. Submit regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and competitive activities.
  4. Manage and optimize territory coverage to maximize sales opportunities.
  5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and opportunities.
  • Compliance and Ethics:
  1. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to ethical promotion and compliance.
  2. Maintain compliance with all relevant Philippine pharmaceutical regulations and industry codes.
  3. Ensure accurate and ethical dissemination of product information.
  • Continuous Learning:
  1. Stay updated on the latest medical and pharmaceutical developments.
  2. Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
