JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  1. Monitors and updates credit orders, payments, invoices, and counter receipts of assigned customers in accordance with company policies and procedures to avoid past due accounts.
  2. Handles and monitors Sales Account of all Concession/Consignment of Department Store and all North and South Provincial Accounts.
  3. Prepares, checks, and monitors countering and collection process through the supporting documents received per client schedule.
  4. Checks supporting documents and invoices to reconcile deductions/adjustments through Debit/Credit Memo.
  5. Gathers all overdue, unapproved deduction accounts every 15th & 30th of the month by attaching Statement of Accounts and other supporting documents for issuance of follow-up letters.
  6. Handles manual preparation of receipts, invoices, daily sales, and countering of all concession accounts.
  7. Monitors and updates B2B transactions, Cash Transmittal & Bank Transfer payment of SM & RDS concessionaire, and SGC-Tutuban account.
  8. Occasionally conducts monthly fieldwork for counter receipts of deliveries made by the concessionaire.
  9. Reconciles and monitors BH Group & In-house accounts.
  10. Coordinates with customers regarding their accounts to ensure that they remain stable and in good standing.
  11. Checks and computes bi-monthly sales commission for North and South Provincial Salesman.
  12. Coordinates with C & C Head regarding concerns and progress of accounts handled.
  13. Performs work meeting customers' requirements, applicable regulatory requirements, and supporting the achievement of quality objectives of his unit, consistent with the quality policy.
