What You'll Do:

Brand Strategy
  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that defines the brand's personality, values, and positioning in the market, aligning with the company's vision and TAO values.
  2. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
  3. Create and maintain brand guidelines and standards to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
  4. Monitor brand performance and sentiment, making data-driven decisions to strengthen the brand.
Content Strategy and Creation
  1. Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with the brand's voice and resonates with the target audience.
  2. Oversee the creation of engaging content for various channels, including social media, website, email, and print.
  3. Collaborate with the creative team to ensure content is visually appealing and on-brand.
Public Relations & Influencer Marketing
  1. Manage media relations, press releases, and other PR activities to generate positive publicity for the brand.
  2. Identify and build relationships with key influencers and brand ambassadors.
  3. Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns to reach new audiences and increase brand awareness.
Digital Community Management Oversight
  1. Work closely with the Digital Community Officer to develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with the brand's voice and overall marketing goals.
  2. Oversee the creation and curation of engaging social media content and community management efforts.
  3. Ensure online community engagement fosters positive brand perception and customer loyalty.
Events Management & Execution
  1. Collaborate with the Events Officer to plan and execute impactful events that enhance brand awareness, engage the community, and drive sales.
  2. Ensure events align with the brand's values and messaging, creating a positive and impactful experience for attendees.
Team Management
  1. Supervise and mentor the Social Media Manager and Local Store Officer, providing guidance and support.
  2. Foster a collaborative and creative environment within the brand team.
  3. Set clear goals and expectations, and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations.

Job Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. At least 3-5 years proven experience in retail marketing or a similar role preferably in the retail industry.
  3. Strong understanding of marketing principles, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
  4. Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms - Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
  5. Strong problem-solving, creative thinking, and analytical skills and mindset.
  6. Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in retail marketing.
  7. Willing to work ASAP.
