Position title : E-COMMERCE EXECUTIVE (AESTHETICS)

Working days: 5 days work week
Working hours : 9am to 6.30pm / 9.30am to 7pm
Basic salary : S$3,000 to S$3,400
Address : Donwtown core

Job Descriptions:

  • Be responsible for the brand's Revenue
  • Develop an overall digital strategy for the brand
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the Company's e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Lazada, Shopee), social media channels and company e-commerce website.
  • Experience in CRM for e commerce
  • Handle uploading/updating of products on the website, edit photos/copy write to ensure products displayed correctly with detailed product information and compelling descriptions together with related product contents.
  • Address queries from webstore visitors/ customers on a timely & courteous manner to ensure smooth customer experiences.
  • Work with designers to create advertising materials for product.
  • Experience compiling periodic market analysis and key KPIs across e-commerce and social media platforms for weekly/monthly reports, including analysis for insights, optimizations and future strategy development
  • Work with e-commerce Fulfilment Admin on inventory management to ensure a seamless fulfilment operation.
  • Assist in any marketing related tasks and events
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience in e commerce with preferably experience in the FMCG / beauty industry.
  • Experience in managing livestreams will be an advantage.
  • An avid shopper for on line beauty products
