Responsibilities:

  • Manage region-level sales funnel reviews and order tracking.
  • Analyze and validate commission calculations, ensuring accurate incentive payouts.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams and interpret sales data to support business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, including role-level security and user training.
  • Extract and analyze data from HR and SAP reports to support payroll and commissions processing.
  • Coordinate with global teams to ensure timely and accurate commissions payments.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, including automation opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, preferably with a strong accounting background.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, and willingness to learn Power Automate, PowerApps, or Power Query.
  • Strong communication skills in business English.
