To support this growth, we're looking for an experienced Amazon Brand Manager to lead and optimize our presence on the platform.
Role OverviewAs the Amazon Brand Manager, you'll own the strategy and execution of our Amazon storefront. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring brand consistency, managing advertising campaigns, and optimizing product listings. This role requires both analytical rigor and creative execution, with a strong focus on performance metrics, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to grow sales and brand presence on Amazon.
- Manage and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, A+ content, storefront).
- Lead Amazon Advertising campaigns (PPC, DSP) including strategy, budget management, and performance tracking.
- Monitor KPIs such as TACoS, ROAS, conversion rates, and organic ranking to ensure profitability and growth.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure brand voice and identity are consistent across Amazon assets.
- Manage inventory planning and forecasting to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Handle review generation strategies and customer experience improvements.
- Stay updated on Amazon policies, algorithm changes, and best practices to maintain compliance and maximize visibility.
- 3+ years of experience managing Amazon accounts (preferably in beauty, wellness, or consumer goods).
- Proven track record of growing sales and optimizing profitability through Amazon PPC and organic strategies.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
- Experience creating and optimizing A+ content and storefronts.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data tools (Excel/Sheets, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc.).
- Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in beauty, skincare, or wellness industries.
- Knowledge of DSP campaigns and advanced ad strategies.
- Graphic design or creative briefing experience for Amazon assets.
