JOB SUMMARY:

The Quality Assurance Supervisor is responsible for reviewing the information and reports submitted by the Associates. Conduct evaluation of the implemented processes and policies effectiveness, including compliance of each of the Department. Prepare activity Plan for each of the projects requested including tracking report.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Planning and Strategy

Develops quality assurance plans by conducting analyses, identifying critical control points and preventive measures, establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification procedures.

Problem Solving and Decision Making

Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes, measuring products, documenting evidence, determining operational and performance qualification, and writing and updating quality assurance procedures.

Change Management

  • Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, recalls, corrective actions, and re-validations. Enhances project plan & process of different departments by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Data Analytics and Business Insights

  • Achieves quality assurance operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; identifying and resolving problems; completing audits; determining system improvements; and implementing change.

Workforce and Manpower Planning

  • Holds weekly assessment to review and updates the operational process if standard procedures are met. Learning session of the action plans based on identified critical points and preventive measures for team alignment.

Store Operations and Policies|Process

  • Implement progress report to track for every project assigned. Monitor and evaluate performance data, compliance report and project completion versus service level.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Business Administration or related field
  • Knowledgeable in data analysis, ecommerce, and audit
  • Open to work daily on site in Manila (Monday to Friday)
