The Resident Engineer is responsible for:

  • Supervising the mall's equipment operations in order to provide the necessary utilities for the operation of the mall
  • Planning and implementation of repairs, maintenance, and replacements of MEPFS equipment and the related systems for the safe and efficient operations of the mall
  • Ensuring compliance of the Mall (establishment) in the standards set forth by the government agencies and local government units

Educational Requirement:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with Professional License in related field.

Experience Requirement:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Building/Facilities/Property Management
  • Willing to be assigned in SM City Sto. Tomas
