Qualifications

Academic Qualification

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of progressive, relevant work experience in human resources and HRIS/HCM applications
  • Experience with learning and performance management technologies, applicant tracking systems (ATS), onboarding tools, and TLM program administration is a plus
  • Experience with data collection tools
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Ability to perform duties with minimal direction
  • High degree of computer literacy and demonstrated ability to integrate technology into the workplace
  • Results-oriented approach, positive outlook, and clear focus on providing high-quality customer service and building sustainable customer relationships
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing demands
  • Ability to understand customer needs and collaborate with customers to develop strategies and solutions that deliver high business value
  • Effective interpersonal, collaboration, and team-building skills
  • Experience in HR/HCM domains such as HR compliance, payroll, HCM/HR systems integration, talent management, recruiting, staffing software, organization management, or organization development is a strong plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels and with various types of clients
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member
  • Demonstrated willingness to participate in professional development activities to develop and improve new and existing skills and adapt to the evolving needs of the organization
  • Experience in a PEO environment is a plus
  • Proficiency in core Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio

  • Receive end-user support requests by telephone, email, and the ticketing system.
  • Monitor the support ticket queue, select tickets according to internal processes, and contact clients to begin troubleshooting.
