Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Supervisor to support core HR Operations with a strong focus on payroll, labor relations, policy administration, and employee relations. This hands‑on role ideal for someone with 5 - 7 years of cumulative HR experience who can balance compliance, people management, and process improvement in a fast - paced and dynamic retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end payroll and employee compensation and benefits, including leaves, loans, and statutory contributions, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Provide guidance and support in addressing employee concerns, grievances, disciplinary matters, and labor relations.
- Help ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies, while keeping HR practices aligned with business needs.
- Develop, review, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and guidelines, supporting their effective and consistent implementation across the organization.
- Oversee timekeeping, attendance, leave administration, employee records, employment contracts, and other HR documentation to maintain accurate and well-organized employee records.
- Prepare relevant HR reports and insights, and contribute to HR initiatives, projects, audits, and process improvement efforts.
- Partner closely with department heads, management, employees, and external stakeholders to provide practical and responsive support on HR-related matters.
- Foster positive employee relations through open communication, employee engagement, and constructive conflict resolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration / Psychology / Industrial Relations / or equivalent field
- Strong sense of leadership
- Can navigate through MS Office 365 and Google Workspace
- Background in retail / fast-moving goods is an advantage
- Willing to work in Makati
