Marketing Operations, Production Manager, Events Planner

Role: Empower PHINMA Education's marketing team with actionable data insights and lead effective CRM strategies that deepen student engagement, enhance conversion and retention, and support the company's mission of making lives better through education.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. CRM Strategy and Execution

  1. Manage and optimize the CRM platform (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or PHINMA's internal system) to support student lead nurturing, engagement tracking, and conversion workflows.
  2. Develop audience segmentation and automate multi-touch campaigns tailored to SHS, college, and working learner markets.
  3. Integrate CRM insights with Facebook/Google ads and SMS/email campaigns to ensure seamless and measurable digital outreach.
  4. Collaborate with Enrollment and Student Success teams to ensure CRM reflects the full student journey — from interest to graduation.

2. Data Analytics and Dashboarding

  1. Build, maintain, and interpret marketing performance dashboards (lead generation, conversion funnels, cost per acquisition, etc.) across schools and programs.
  2. Monitor marketing KPIs and recommend optimizations for campaigns, pricing, scholarships, and message delivery based on trends.
  3. Analyze student and family profiles, behaviors, and decision-making triggers to inform marketing personas and strategies.
  4. Assist in standardizing data collection and reporting for the marketing team across PHINMA schools.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  1. Work closely with the Digital Marketing, Enrollment, and Brand Strategy teams to ensure CRM campaigns and reports align with national and local goals.
  2. Coordinate with IT and Systems teams to ensure CRM platforms are well-integrated with other PHINMA systems (i.e., SIS, LMS, scholarship systems).
  3. Train campus marketing leads on how to use CRM and analytics tools to track and act on campaign performance.

4. Compliance and Data Stewardship

  1. Ensure all CRM and data-handling practices follow PHINMA's internal data governance policies and applicable data privacy laws.
  2. Proactively clean and maintain data accuracy, especially lead and enrollment records, across platforms.

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related fields.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in CRM management, marketing analytics, or database marketing, preferably in education, telco, e-commerce, or social enterprise settings.
  3. Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (e.g., Google Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau).
  4. Working knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Active Campaign, Mailchimp) and CRM systems.
  5. Familiarity with data segmentation, lead scoring, and campaign attribution models.
  6. Strong systems thinking, organizational, and communication skills.

SUCCESS MEASURES

  1. Increase in qualified leads-to-enrollment conversion rates per campaign and per campus
  2. Improved CRM adoption rate and satisfaction among campus teams
  3. Reduction in duplicate, incomplete, or outdated lead data across the CRM
  4. Timely and accurate reporting of marketing KPIs for strategic decisions
  5. Insightful recommendations that lead to measurable campaign performance improvements
