Job Description:
  1. Critically evaluate requirements gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, break down complex information into more accessible details, generalize from low-level information to a broader understanding, and distinguish user requests from underlying business needs.
  2. Translate requirements into technical and functional specifications for our platform and prepare documentation for business processes and product configurations.
  3. Design and implement insurance products and claim data models based on customer requirements.
  4. Utilize platform tools to build user interfaces and user journeys for insurance products according to customer requirements.
  5. Use the platform's scripting language to implement business rules and financial calculations.
  6. Prepare testing documentation as needed and perform system and integration testing to ensure project solutions meet agreed-upon requirements.
  7. Analyze data conversion requirements and define data transformation and mapping as required.
Requirements:
  1. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as you will act as the face of the business, coupled with extensive stakeholder management experience.
  2. A thorough understanding of the full software development project lifecycle.
  3. Proven experience in a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst role.
  4. Experience in creating various types of documentation, including but not limited to business requirements, process maps, and technical specifications.
  5. Commercial experience working with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
