Job Title: Implementation Consultant I

The Implementation Consultant I provides subject matter expertise for assigned customer implementations for one or more RealPage products. The consultant delivers best practice guidance, manages customer deliverables, and adheres to project timelines. Key responsibilities include data analysis, on-time implementations, and backlog management for assigned customers, as well as completing site setup, which involves applying the Business Model settings to newly acquired sites.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implementation for a single product for small to midsize property management companies.
  • Coordination of RealPage services including data conversion and training.
  • Deliver on-time implementations, per agreement with the customer.
  • Accurately forecast activations and update backlog on a weekly basis.
  • Support clients through the implementation process to achieve a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Identify and escalate issues or risks to assigned implementations to your leader.
  • Follow through on commitments.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • 3 years of experience in using the OneSite product lines.
  • Software and/or multifamily property management experience preferred.
  • Experience working in a sales environment is a plus; knowledge of the sales cycle.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; excellent presentation skills.
  • Good organization and time management skills.
  • Customer service experience is required.
  • Able to work with little supervision, while knowing when to escalate problems.
  • Ability to work with various personalities.
  • Flexible, detail-oriented, and able to accept change successfully.
  • Able to work extended hours when required.
  • Must be willing to work a fixed Night Shift schedule.
  • Flexible in terms of work arrangement (On-site and Work from Home).

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Experience as an end user of RealPage products, such as Leasing & Rents and/or OpsTech.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Customer service experience is required; excellent telephone rapport.
  • Able to work with little supervision, while knowing when to escalate problems.
