Position Summary:

The Cloud Generation Specialist (Telesales) at Pax8 plays a crucial role in helping our partners sell Cloud Services to prospects. You'll assess needs, set appointments for our Channel Account Managers, and drive key metrics to support our growth. Your primary success metrics will be securing 15 signed partners to the Pax8 platform each month and achieving at least 10 attendees at either in-person or virtual events each month.

As a Telesales, you'll be a key part of our sales team, contributing to corporate sales goals. You'll participate in a development program to build and master foundational sales skills, offering uncapped earning potential and a clear career path.

This role is based in Makati City, Metro Manila. Employees are expected to work onsite.

Essential Responsibilities (includes, but is not limited to):

  • Develop New Business/Partner Recruitment:
    • Conduct a high volume of calls daily to introduce Pax8 Cloud Services
    • Utilise email and social media for mass communication to identify potential new Channel Partners
    • Provide a high-level overview of Pax8 products and services
    • Set appointments to recruit new Channel Partners to the Pax8 program, aiming for 15 signed partners per month
  • Meeting Coordination:
    • Schedule meetings between prospects and Pax8 Channel Account Managers.
    • Organise and manage at least 10 attendees for either an in-person or virtual event each month
    • Maintain Salesforce data integrity.
Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:
  • Proficiency with social media: (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google+)
  • Proven Experience: As a Lead Generation Specialist, Sales Associate or similar role, or a fast learner with drive
  • High Call Volume: Energy and desire to make numerous (40+) phone calls daily all while maintaining high motivation and a great attitude
  • Independent and Teamwork: Strong ability to work independently while supporting a team
  • Clear Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively through email and via telephone
  • Coachability: Coachable and willing to learn
  • Sales Passion: Desire to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
