Dispatch Auditor

The CSS Dispatch Auditor supporting the NOC should be a creative individual with a proven track record of fix challenging business problems. This individual will need to be detail-oriented, with an acumen for analyzing data and process. He/she will need to be able to work in collaboration with business owners to drill deep into complex issues, get a clear understanding of the current process, and then make recommendations on process solutions, improvements and streamlining.

• Select workload in ServiceNow
• Audit all dispatches for correct billing
• Ensure the notes justify the Scope selected "If it is not in the notes it did not happen"
• Ensure the parts captured in Dispatch parts Scope is also justified by the notes
• Change the questions in the WOT to tell what actually happened
• Choose correct information, billing included for Dispatch Parts
• Manipulate Time and date to fit dispatch parameters
• Ensure Scope is met
