Job DescriptionDescription- A Sales Agent is responsible for selling products or services to customers, building relationships, and ensuring that sales goals and targets are met. The role typically involves prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals with both new and existing clients.
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through research, networking, cold calling, and following up on leads.
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is often required. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is usually preferred. Some positions may offer on-the-job training.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for engaging with customers and presenting products or services effectively.
- Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate terms and close deals with customers.
- Sales Skills: Proven ability to identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Goal-Oriented: Strong focus on achieving sales targets and continuously improving performance.
- Time Management & Organization: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple clients or sales opportunities at once.
