Job DescriptionDescriptionKey Responsibilities / Focus Areas
- Ensure that the project is successfully landed within the given time frame and resources.
- Create tools and training deck for the distributor field team.
- Lead, coordinate, and support the distributor team during the launch and post-launch of the project.
- Conduct on-site trainings and trade visits.
- Provide guidance, documentation, and tools to ensure that projects are executed on time and within budget.
- Assess project performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor project progress and create updates for stakeholders.
- Test newly deployed functionalities within the system.
- Perform regular sanity testing to ensure systems are working as expected.
- Address and resolve concerns from stakeholders related to the project.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Information Technology, Data Science, Industrial Engineering or any business-related course.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent Project Management skills.
- Experience in Data Management, Reporting and automation.
- Highly proficient in MS Excel.
- Strong data management, data analysis and data visualization capabilities.
- Amenable to a 10-month project-based contract.
- Willing to be assigned in Cebu on a hybrid working set-up and do field work from time to time.
