Job Purpose

The purpose of this role is to manage end-to-end portfolios, gain wide procurement experience for marketing services, and drive business with direct contribution. The ideal candidate will be passionate about managing end-to-end portfolios and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement procurement strategies for marketing materials and services across Asia.
  • Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors for marketing services.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure the best terms and conditions for the company.
  • Budget Management: Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and financial plans.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and other internal teams to align procurement activities with business goals.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and identify potential new suppliers.
  • Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
