Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, as well as exceptional leadership and mentoring abilities. As a Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing solutions that align with our enterprise architecture, ensuring they meet both current and future business needs.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Own the design and development of comprehensive technical solutions that address business requirements and align with the strategic direction.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
  • Define and reinvent the architecture of the current application to be future-ready.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to multi-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Mentor and coach team members, promoting professional growth and development.
  • Champion best practices in architecture, design, and coding within the team and across the organization.
  • Collaborate with the Enterprise Architect team to ensure alignment within the portfolio.
  • Evaluate and recommend relevant technologies and tools to support the strategic direction of the enterprise architecture.
  • Ensure that all solutions adhere to established architectural guidelines and frameworks.
  • Responsible for the Customer Lifecycle services portfolio architecture and roadmap.
  • Engage with key team members, including business leaders, product managers, and technical teams, to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Communicate sophisticated technical concepts to non-technical partners and team members in a clear and concise manner.
  • Continuously assess and improve existing systems and processes to enhance performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends and find opportunities for innovation and improvement within the organization.

Who You Are:

You are passionate about technology, highly skilled, and create the overall technical vision for a specific solution to a business problem. Responsible for designing, describing, and managing the solution.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • 15+ years of proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in software development and architecture.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and frameworks.
  • Proficiency in a variety of technologies and platforms, such as cloud computing, microservices, APIs, and databases.
  • Expertise in Cloud Infrastructure, Network topology, and System Architecture and design patterns.
  • Strategic and critical thinker.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or any equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers at all levels.
