OVERVIEW

Plays a key role in driving Enstack's marketing success by designing and executing high-impact campaigns that increase seller engagement, acquisition, and brand awareness. This role requires a self-starter who can independently manage projects, make strategic decisions, and deliver results without excessive back-and-forth. The role is also expected to showcase leadership, inspiring and guiding teams while setting a strong example through effective collaboration and work ethic.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and lead organic and paid campaigns that align with business goals, engage sellers, and elevate brand awareness.
  • Leadership: Manage and mentor teams to achieve goals, set a strong example of professionalism, and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Project Management: Oversee end-to-end campaign processes, ensuring timely execution and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Communication & Tone of Voice: Maintain consistency with Enstack's tone of voice and persona across all marketing channels to ensure clear and impactful communication.
  • Collaboration: Liaise effectively with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless execution and integration of campaigns.
  • Performance Analysis: Track campaign metrics, analyze results, and refine strategies to improve outcomes.
  • Brand Advocacy: Maintain consistency with Enstack's branding and values across all campaign initiatives.

KEY SUCCESS KPIS:

  • Brand Awareness & Engagement: Demonstrate measurable increases in brand visibility and seller engagement across targeted channels.
  • Seller Acquisition: Generate qualified leads and new seller sign-ups through effective paid and organic campaigns.
  • Campaign ROI: Deliver campaigns that achieve or exceed ROI benchmarks, with efficient budget utilization.
  • Audience Engagement: Increase audience interaction rates (CTR, impressions, engagement metrics) across campaigns.
  • Internal Alignment & Delivery: Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and with clear communication across teams and stakeholders.
  • Innovation: Regularly introduce new ideas, tools, or approaches that enhance campaign impact and align with Enstack's mission.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree graduate. Background in marketing is preferred
  • At least 6 years of work experience, including people management
  • Prior experience in eCommerce marketing and/or campaign management will be a bonus
  • Excellent communication skills and command of the English language (written and spoken)
  • Works swiftly, able to pivot quickly with changes in upper management direction, and meets all deadlines
  • Displays ownership over one's work, successes, and mistakes
  • Accountable and responsible for all deliverables
  • Honest, transparent, and has integrity in all aspects of work
