Actualmente estamos seleccionando un Business Development Manager (H/M) La posición puede estar ubicada en Zaragoza, Madrid o Barcelona ¿Nos acompañas?

¿Qué harás?

  • Realizar prospección del mercado para captar nuevos clientes a través de visitas comerciales y presentaciones de servicios.
  • Analizar y preparar ofertas comerciales y tender mediante propuestas económicas que sean competitivas y atractivas, siguiendo la estrategia comercial y la política de precios de la compañía.
  • Colaborar con las diferentes áreas de la empresa para el estudio y análisis de cada oferta y/o tender de transporte.
  • Gestionar la relación comercial entre la empresa y clientes potenciales posicionando conceptualmente la venta del área y manteniendo las relaciones a través de las fases de venta.
  • Cotizar y negociar precios con proveedores, agentes y/o clientes.
  • Cumplir el presupuesto de ventas individual y los objetivos de nuevos negocios.
  • Fidelizar a los clientes atendiendo y resolviendo las consultas e incidencias existentes entre el cliente y la empresa.
  • Realizar el seguimiento del cumplimiento de las condiciones pactadas, asegurando el buen servicio y la satisfacción del cliente.
  • Realizar los informes de ventas en el sistema de información: registro de toda la actividad de ventas, cualquier deficiencia en la producción y la variación de las tendencias.
  • Investigar y desarrollar nuevos productos/servicios.

Requisitos

Formación:
  • Formación Profesional Grado Superior o Grado universitario en Comercio Exterior.
  • Conocimiento del sector del transporte de mercancías
  • Conocimiento de los productos aéreos y marítimos
  • Conocimiento del proceso dinámico de ventas de empresa a empresa
  • Cartera de clientes propia
  • Disponibilidad para viajar a cliente/ kick off´s

Experiencia
  • Experiencia de al menos 3-5 años en un puesto de características similares dentro del sector del Transporte.

Competencias
  • Negociación.
  • Iniciativa, dinamismo y proactividad.
  • Autonomía.
  • Habilidad analítica, capacidad de gestión y planificación.
