We are looking for an experienced Yardi Systems Analyst to optimize and enhance our Yardi platform, ensuring seamless financial processes, data integrity, and system governance. This role is being recruited by Clarke Point www.clarkepoint.com and is for a long-term, full-time Independent Contractor (online freelancer).

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the Yardi systems expert, supporting finance and operations teams
  • Ensure data integrity, system governance, and master data management
  • Monitor data integration between systems and troubleshoot errors
  • Deliver ongoing Yardi training to ensure team efficiency
  • Build monthly client reports and internal management dashboards in Yardi
  • Optimize tenant schedules, lease data workflows, and reporting templates
  • Implement and enhance Yardi Retail Manager, Vendor Café, and Facilities Manager
  • Standardize system processes and improve outgoings budget and reconciliation correspondence
  • Assess new Yardi Elevate features that could benefit business operations
  • Work on Yardi-SharePoint integration for streamlined data access
Mandatory Criteria
  • 3+ years of experience in Yardi administration, system analysis, or a related role
  • Strong technical skills with SQL and data integration expertise
  • Understanding of financial processes and property management workflows
  • Ability to troubleshoot system errors and improve functionality
  • Proven experience training end users on Yardi systems
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work remotely with global teams
Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience
  • Experience working as an Independent Contractor for an Australian, American or similar client
  • Experience in Australian commercial property sector
  • Familiarity with other property management systems (JDE, MRI)
  • Background in business intelligence and performance reporting
  • Experience with Yardi Elevate products and SharePoint integration

Benefits

This role is for a long-term, full-time Independent Contractor with the following additional benefits:

  • Philippine Regular Holidays are 100% paid if not worked or 200% paid if worked
  • Special Non-Working Holidays are paid with additional 30% if worked or can be taken as unpaid leave
  • 12 paid vacation leaves per year are granted upon the successful completion of the probation period
  • 6 paid sick leaves per year are available
  • ₱2,500 per month allowance is given towards family health insurance upon the successful completion of the probation period
  • Flexible working environment, e.g., remote work – working entirely from home

CHP Management is based in Melbourne, Australia, thus the work hours will follow Melbourne time (GMT +10) with some flexibility.
