  • Fresh Grad / Entry Level specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
Responsibilities

We are looking for a Data Encode to join our company. Your future duties and responsibilities

  • Processes all volumes assigned at the start of the shift and takes on more volumes assigned by the Team Leaders for the entire duration of their shift.
  • Accurately analyzes and validates all pre-populated document fields and encodes missing fields in accordance with the customers' business rules.
  • Participates in special tasks and performs other duties as assigned.
  • Maintains quality standards in accordance with clients' metrics.
  • Ensures that all quality deficiencies are corrected in a timely manner for activities in their function.
  • Ensures attendance at planned meetings and other meetings required.
  • Acts as backup for teammates assigned by the Team Leaders and processes their customer volumes in their absence.
Additional Requirements

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

  • Ability to carry on a basic conversation in English (verbal and written).
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Typing speeds greater than 65 WPM.
  • Commitment to continual learning.
  • Basic Computer and Internet Literacy.
