Position Title: Billing Coordinator

Essential Duties

The role will be responsible for service billing with the following but not limited to:

  1. Processing service billing accurately and in a timely manner
  2. Meter reading handling
  3. Developing and maintaining effective documentation and records including internal trackers and database
  4. Email management
  5. Invoice preparation and adjustment
  6. Handling minimal outbound calls for coordination purposes
  7. Undergoing cross-training and handling other functions as assigned by the Team Leader
  8. Communicating proactively and positively with all members
  9. Working as part of the team to ensure positive, supportive, and collaborative working relationships with peers
  10. Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Primary Job Functions:

  1. Create & Renew Contracts (TG, AMC, EW)
  2. Click Charge Billing
  3. Cost Centre Billing
  4. Billing of Non-Contractual / Non-Tangible Services
  5. Request for Loan & Return of Refurbished Machines
  6. Set Up Prices for Papers - Upload Price List of Papers
  7. Maintain Machine & Contract Records

Qualifications & Experience

  1. College/bachelor's degree in any discipline
  2. Intermediate Excel and Word skills
  3. Good communication skills

Skill Sets

  1. Previous experience in handling multiple tasks
  2. Well organized and enjoy working autonomously
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  4. Strong work ethic and trustworthy
  5. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with different nationalities
  6. Familiarity with MS Office applications (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word)
  7. Familiarity with Salesforce
  8. Proficient in MS Excel and reporting analytics
  9. High attention to detail
