Job Description
  • Identify and pursue potential partnerships to drive acquisition and infrastructure growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
  • Manage end-to-end partnership execution, coordinating with legal, compliance, product, technology, and marketing teams.
  • Oversee functional and technical integrations across fintech and high-growth organizations.
  • Analyze partnership performance, develop insights, and optimize results.
  • Ensure partners adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and business continuity practices.
  • Negotiate contracts and oversee execution.
  • Map out customer journeys, touchpoints, and process flows for partnership initiatives.
  • Collaborate effectively with technology teams to implement solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all partnership activities.
The Successful Applicant
  • Strong background in group life insurance
  • Ideally with Insurtech experience
  • Experience in non-life/general insurance is a strong advantage
  • Proven track record in account management, partnerships, and integrations
  • Skilled in managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Data-driven, with the ability to analyze and optimize partnership performance
  • Proficient in contract negotiation and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Strategic thinker able to conceptualize opportunities and map customer journeys
  • Strong understanding of fintech, banking, and high-growth organizations
  • Able to work cross-functionally with legal, compliance, product, tech, and marketing teams
  • Effective communicator with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented for smooth partnership execution
  • Tech-savvy and experienced in working with engineering and product teams
