Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the cosmetics, beauty, or FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a managerial role.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze market trends and sales data.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the assigned area.
- Manage, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives or beauty advisors.
- Establish and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and brand guidelines.
- Conduct field visits to assess sales team performance and customer needs.
