JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute daily and weekly maintenance activities.
  • Exemplify implementation of accountability, discipline, moral conduct, and 5S principles.
  • Ensure that the next shift is covered by providing technical support to the production line.
  • Communicate all equipment issues and concerns affecting equipment efficiency and performance to engineers. Provide necessary technical data to ensure accurate disposition by responsible engineers.
  • Follow standard operating procedures. Log all repair activities consistently for all machines.
  • Perform tools and instruments upkeep. Keep tools and instruments in good condition.
  • Assist in analyzing line issues, identify root causes, and implement activities to eliminate top recurring issues. Collaborate with other departments to reduce downtime.
  • Collaborate with peers to achieve department and company goals. Contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or next-level supervisor.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Computer Engineering or a graduate of a technology course with a minimum of six months experience as maintenance personnel.
  • OR at least five (5) years of equivalent experience in various automatic test equipment and/or test systems.
