Job Title: NetSuite Technical Developer with Solution Architecture Experience

Job Type: Full-time

Introduction: We are seeking a skilled and experienced NetSuite Technical Developer with a strong background in Solution Architecture to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in NetSuite to design, develop, and implement tailored solutions that align with our business needs. Your work will also focus on analysing existing systems and creating strategic solutions to enhance our use of NetSuite in a scalable and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. NetSuite Development & Customization:
    1. Design, develop, and implement NetSuite customizations, including SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and SuiteBundler.
    2. Build and maintain integrations between NetSuite and external systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, third-party tools).
    3. Perform advanced NetSuite configuration for modules like Financials, Order Management, Procurement, and more.
    4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to NetSuite customization and integration.
  2. Solution Architecture:
    1. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and propose NetSuite-based solutions.
    2. Develop and document system architectures, including integrations, data flows, and technical design.
    3. Provide technical leadership in designing scalable, efficient, and future-proof solutions within NetSuite.
    4. Ensure that NetSuite solutions are designed to meet business requirements and support overall organizational goals.
  3. Collaboration & Project Management:
    1. Lead technical discussions with cross-functional teams to assess requirements and deliver solutions.
    2. Collaborate with project managers to define and execute project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
    3. Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance throughout project lifecycles.
  4. Continuous Improvement & Best Practices:
    1. Stay up to date with the latest NetSuite features and best practices.
    2. Drive the adoption of best practices in development, integration, and architecture.
    3. Conduct code reviews and ensure solutions are optimized for performance, security, and scalability.

Qualifications:

  1. Technical Skills:
    1. Extensive experience with NetSuite SuiteScript (2.0/1.0), SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and SuiteBundler.
    2. Proven expertise in NetSuite ERP configuration, customization, and integration.
    3. Strong knowledge of web technologies (REST, SOAP, JavaScript, HTML, XML).
    4. Familiarity with databases and querying (SQL, MySQL, etc.).
  2. Solution Architecture Experience:
    1. Solid experience designing complex, large-scale solutions using NetSuite and related technologies.
    2. Expertise in evaluating business requirements and translating them into effective technical solutions.
    3. Strong understanding of integration tools, middleware, and cloud platforms.
    4. Experience with system architecture, including scalability, high availability, and disaster recovery.
  3. Soft Skills:
    1. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    2. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    3. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
    4. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  4. Preferred:
    1. NetSuite Certifications (e.g., SuiteCloud Developer, SuiteFoundation).
    2. Experience with cloud-based solutions and architecture.
    3. Prior experience in the manufacturing, retail, or eCommerce industries.
