Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations; ensure activities run smoothly and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation with the inventory data storage system.
• Lead cross-functional engagements to drive projects with other departments and align warehouse activities with overall business objectives.
• Monitor and drive 3PL performance, provide timely feedback, and monitor improvement actions.
• Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Oversee implementation of warehouse management systems (WMS) and advocate for digitalization.
• Develop and manage the warehouse budget, controlling costs and aligning expenses with financial goals.
• Track KPIs and prepare regular reports for management reviews.

Experience / Education :

• Education: Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Operations/Business Management or related field.
• Experience: At least 7 years of management/leadership experience in logistics; or 3PL serving FMCG companies.
• Hands-on experience in inventory control, warehouse layout, pick-face design, shipment monitoring, etc.

Skills :

• Excellent problem solving and analytical abilities; strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of logistics processes; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Power BI; knowledge of SAP WMS or leading WMS systems.
