Responsibilities Perform regular audit of financial transactions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Perform monthly PCF Audit Prepare detailed audit workpapers and reports documenting findings and recommendations. Assist in the development of audit programs and procedures for transactional audits. Monitor corrective actions and ensure timely resolution of issues identified during audits Review and verify due diligence documentation such as but not limited to the following: ØKYC (Know Your Customer) records ØAML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance documents ØSanctions and PEP screening results ØCTR Filing Assess whether due diligence reports are properly documented, retained, and approved. Audit core business processes across departments and perform process mapping, walkthroughs, and control testing to evaluate effectiveness and efficiency Monitor the end-to-end process of PPE lifecycle management, including: ØAsset tagging ØPhysical verification of assets ØAsset movement, transfers, and disposals ØMaintenance and servicing logs Verify the existence, condition, and location of fixed assets against the asset register Periodic asset count and reconciliation Assess disposal and write-off processes for compliance and proper authorization Qualifications Solid knowledge of auditing standards, risk management, and internal controls. Analytical and critical thinking skills. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to interpret financial data and operational reports. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Strong report writing and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple assignments and work independently with minimal supervision.
