Join to apply for the Auditor role at Ventaja International Corp. Responsibilities Perform regular audit of financial transactions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Conduct the monthly PCF audit. Prepare detailed audit workpapers and reports documenting findings and recommendations. Assist in the development of audit programs and procedures for transactional audits. Monitor corrective actions and ensure timely resolution of issues identified during audits. Review and verify due diligence documentation including KYC records, AML compliance documents, sanctions and PEP screening results, and CTR filings. Assess whether due diligence reports are properly documented, retained, and approved. Audit core business processes across departments and perform process mapping, walkthroughs, and control testing to evaluate effectiveness and efficiency. Monitor the end-to-end PPE lifecycle management, including asset tagging, physical verification of assets, asset movement, transfers, and disposals, and maintenance and servicing logs. Verify the existence, condition, and location of fixed assets against the asset register. Perform periodic asset count and reconciliation. Assess disposal and write‑off processes for compliance and proper authorization. Qualifications Solid knowledge of auditing standards, risk management, and internal controls. Analytical and critical thinking skills. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to interpret financial data and operational reports. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Strong report writing and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple assignments and work independently with minimal supervision. Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
