Work Base: Davao About the Role We are seeking a proactive and strategic Marketing Assistant to support our Sales Team in developing and executing marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement. This role is perfect for a dynamic marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing trade marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence within approved budgets. Collaborate with Modern Trade, General Trade, and distributor teams to execute marketing plans, including product placements, promotional materials, and brand awareness campaigns. Ensure effective and efficient utilization of trade marketing resources and collaterals. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong negotiation, organizational, and delegation abilities. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays (90-95% field work). A collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
