Technical Manager of Transportation Telecom System

Responsibilities

  1. 1. Customer Potential Requirements and RFP/RFI/RFQ analysis, transfer the requirements to company solution, on Electrical Systems including: telecom, Signaling, information, SCADA, AFC, etc., in Railway/Metro Line project;
  2. 2. Prepare Bidding Documents including technical solution, technical proposal, BoQ for the above systems;
  3. 3. Manage Multiple system vendors to prepare proper Solution, products, Material, Service, BoQ, etc,.
  4. 4. Prepare Solution Presentation Documents and engage Potential Customer to aware/understand/accept the company’s solution for the above system;
  5. 5. Provide technical support to the delivery team during the implementation phase and help project team finalize design work;
  6. 6. Sourcing qualified and competitive vendors globally.
Qualifications
  1. 1. Bachelor\'s degree or above in Information and telecommunication Engineering or Signaling or Computer or Automatic Control related majors;
  2. 2. More than 5 years of work experience in the Railway/Metro Line relevant, especially on relevant design, project implementation, technical support or presales.
  3. 3. Familiar with the principles and standard of Railway/Metro Line telecommunication, signaling systems;
  4. 4. Familiar with the development direction of new technologies in telecommunication, information, control, signaling, and other low current systems in railway industry;
  5. 5. Proficient in using computer office software and possessing excellent skills in data organization and document management;
  6. 6. Strong sense of responsibility, excellent learning and communication skills, and strong ability to handle work pressure.
  7. 7. Fluent in English writing and speaking.
