Overview

Employee Services | Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Specialist

Job Purpose: This role is responsible for generating sales of Union Galvasteel products through selling activities, promotional visits, customer liaison, and servicing of prospective and existing customers. Conduct product and company presentations to create awareness and drive sales. Also involved in market identification and development.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and adhere to an effective selling process (prospecting, qualifying, pre-approach, approach, demonstration/presentation, handling objections, and closing) to ensure quality sales and consistent performance.
  • Identify new markets, potential accounts, and opportunities; stay informed of developments within assigned areas.
  • Gather data/listings of ongoing and forthcoming projects from reliable institutions in assigned areas and conduct benchmarking.
  • Participate in formulating strategies, targets, and budgets for the area; implement approved action plans and programs to ensure quality sales and performance.
  • Prepare estimates, Sales Quotations, Order Placement Forms, and other documentation for customer accounts in an orderly, legible, and complete manner with prescribed pricing, payment terms, and delivery lead times.
  • Monitor all incoming orders, withdrawals, and outstanding balances of managed customers.
  • Visit existing dealers/clients and prospective customers regularly for sales calls, collections, promotions, and goodwill.
Minimum Qualifications Education
  • College Graduate in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Sales, Management, or related fields.
Experience
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in Sales.
  • Familiarity with the CDO (Bukidnon, Malaybalay & Valencia City) area is an advantage.
  • Experience in the same industry is an advantage.
  • Construction industry experience is an advantage.
  • Knowledge in fieldwork (market audit & area work with sales officers).
  • Knowledge in selling, credit, pricing, customer service, promotions & advertising, prospecting, sales territorial management, market intelligence, market conditions, and sales activity reports.
