Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Endoscopy Manager to lead and oversee the Endoscopy Division. The ideal candidate will focus on managing KPIs, supervising a team, and driving organizational improvements without direct involvement in customer sales. This role requires a strategic thinker capable of overseeing operations, identifying organizational challenges, and implementing effective solutions.
KPI Management:Monitor and manage key performance indicators for the Endoscopy Division, including:
- Sales and profit performance
- Customer visit tracking
- Product inventory management
- Accounts receivable and collection
Lead and supervise a team of 7 members.
Focus on KPI tracking, profit & loss management, and team performance improvement.
Provide guidance and support to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
Organizational Oversight:Maintain a high-level overview of the team to detect and address potential issues.
Implement measures to improve organizational processes and team performance.
Support management in ensuring transparency and integrity within the team.
The hired manager’s main responsibility is team and KPI/profit and loss management.
The manager will not handle clients, but will focus on team management to improve profit in the team/division.
Requirements:Must Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree (any faculty is fine, but business-related would be better)
- Sales Experience (Endoscopy is preferable, but any medical or pharmaceutical-related industry would work)
- More than 5 years of managerial experience
Preferred Requirements:
- Direct experience from the Endoscopy business, such as: Olympus, Karl Storz SE & Co. KG, Boston Scientific Corporation, Pentax Medical (HOYA), Mindray
- Distributor/agency sales experience in the above brand would work.
Personality Requirement:
Positive and persistent personality.
Reason: The team includes members with unique or strong personalities, so persistence and a positive attitude are essential.
Benefits:SL/VL each 15 days, Bonus, Car allowance, Leaves, HMO coverage of P500,000 per year with 2 dependents, 5 days of Bereavement leave.
Saturday, Sunday, and holidays off, Incentive (TBD)
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.
