QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or any related field.
  • A Licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage but not required.
  • With at least two (2) years of combined experience in construction, architectural, finishing, and interior fit-out works.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Project Planning and Scheduling

  2. Develop detailed work schedules and sequence of work for unit rehabilitation to meet Post Construction Group acceptance targets.

  3. Identify critical tasks and allocate resources accordingly.
  4. Monitor activities to prevent delays and bottlenecks.
  5. Apply Planning, Leading, Organizing, Controlling, and Monitoring (PLOCM) to align team efforts and maintain efficiency.

  6. Materials and Documentation Management

  7. Prepare Request Validation Form (RVF) and Material Requisition and Issuance Form (MRIF) and follow through until served.

  8. Maintain detailed progress reports, work permits, and rehabilitation logs.
  9. Submit testing reports, endoscopy, punch lists, and clearance documents for Post Construction Group evaluation.

  10. Site Operations and Quality Control

  11. Oversee daily site operations and ensure compliance with design plans, specifications, and quality standards.

  12. Conduct inspections to ensure high-quality workmanship.
  13. Identify defects and facilitate corrective measures.
  14. Ensure all works meet DMCI Homes' quality standards.

  15. Compliance and Safety

  16. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and condominium management guidelines.

  17. Enforce site safety protocols and conduct risk assessments.
  18. Address safety concerns and promote a safe working environment.

  19. Resource and Cost Management

  20. Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to project budgets.

  21. Optimize material and resource allocation for cost efficiency.
  22. Train workers and supervisors to be multi-skilled for productivity.

  23. Coordination and Communication

  24. Liaise with designers, subcontractors, suppliers, and condominium management for seamless project execution.

  25. Coordinate regularly with Project Development, Post Construction Group, Rent-to-Own Group, and the Property Management Office on project updates and concerns.
  26. Attend coordination meetings as needed.
  27. Serve as the primary contact between project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  28. Provide clear feedback and reports to the immediate supervisor.
