Responsibilities Assess clients financial situation, goals, and risk tolerance through in-depth consultations. Create personalized financial plans covering budgeting, saving, investing, retirement, education, and insurance. Recommend suitable financial products such as life insurance, investment plans, health insurance, and retirement funds. Assist clients with policy applications, documentation, and claims. Conduct regular follow-ups to review and update financial plans based on changes in client goals or market conditions. Educate clients on financial literacy, investment options, and insurance benefits. Meet sales targets and contribute to team goals. Attend training sessions and stay updated on the latest financial tools, market trends, and regulatory changes. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Uphold the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and client confidentiality. Qualifications Bachelor's degree: any 4-year course (Graduated or at least 4th year college graduating this year). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Strong sales and customer service abilities. Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of integrity and commitment to client success.
