Alongside our team of 180+ members spanning Media Buyers, Copywriters, Content Managers, Landing Page Developers, Content Creators, Email & SMS Coordinators, CGC & Influencer Managers, we need aMultimedia Designer to create all forms of content and work alongside an amazing team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience editing video and graphic content for social platforms
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant design software.
• Experience with graphic design, motion graphics, UGC edits, illustration, video content and more
• Ability to see the vision behind a brand and collaborate with account teams to create awesome visuals
• Understanding trends in social platforms like FB/IG, TikTok, and YouTube is a big asset
• Experience working cross functionally with different teams

• Ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts for engaging multimedia content.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines consistently.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Designing video and graphic content for the use of advertisement on social platforms such as (but not limited to) Instagram/Facebook, TikTok, Amazon, Email, Youtube, and Pinterest,
• Collaborating with team members to ensure the content produced is is aligned with the content strategy
• Understanding the process in ClickUp (Design Lead will give initial guidance)
• Achieving weekly/monthly output goals as agreed upon with Design Lead
• Reporting to your Design Lead for feedback on design
• Adhering to brand guidelines and content requirements
• Ideating new ways to improve video and graphic content for our clients
• Tracking time for all tasks

A typical day for a Multimedia Designer is managing creative requests in Slack and ClickUp (project management software), working with content managers to understand the scope of projects, and diving into the Adobe suite to design visuals.

No day is the same – you will constantly be challenged to come up with new ideas and work with new brands.

For all tasks, you will be provided with the details required to complete the task: objective, copy, assets, brand guidelines. However, due to the nature of the ad space, there are times when you will be asked to contribute creative ideas/concepts for new content.
