We’re looking for a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator who can help real estate deals stay on track from listing to close. You’ll create structure, reduce stress, and provide busy real estate teams with the confidence to deliver excellent service by keeping everything in place. What Your Days Might Look Like Prepare and distribute contracts, disclosures, and real estate documents Coordinate listing activities including gathering property information and scheduling photos Set appointments for property showings and open houses Manage CRM systems and keep client records accurate and up-to-date Assist with admin tasks such as calendar management and meeting coordination Conduct basic market research and property data gathering Process invoices and track expenses as needed Provide general administrative support to agents and brokers Who We Think Will Thrive in This Role You’ve worked in real estate support or a fast-paced admin role You’re detail-oriented and love bringing structure to complex processes You’re confident using CRMs, spreadsheets, and cloud-based tools You communicate clearly and professionally, both written and verbal You’re tech-savvy, organized, and great at juggling multiple tasks You’re self-managed and thrive in a remote work environment You’re flexible, solutions-focused, and always ready to jump in where needed Social media management experience is a plus You are willing to work in a US time zone schedule You can secure the required technical setup, including a) 720p HD webcam, b) 25 Mbps primary internet, c) backup devices, and d) a main computer with at least Intel Core i5 (or equivalent) and 8 GB RAM; a backup computer with Intel Core i3 and 4 GB RAM Why ClearDesk?
