-Responsible for providing administrative support services in the areas of human resource management and administrative services to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations within the organization.
-Does the overall direction and control of the human resources services such as recruitment and selection, employee engagement, training and development, and compensation and benefits.
-Establishes increasing awareness on food safety culture within the organization and for the employees to recognize its effect to food safety and quality.
-Forms part of the management team and plays a key role in setting of company policies and guidelines aligned with the organizational business plans.

Qualifications:
-Graduate of Behavioral Science course (Human Resource Management. Psychology) or any related course
-With 6-8 years of HR work experience.
-at least 3-4 years in managerial capacity preferably in a food manufacturing company.
