· The Maintenance Planner is responsible for the management of planned and routine maintenance schedule requirements, including development and integration into the CMMS.· The Maintenance Planner will work closely with the Facilities Operations team to ensure delivery of planned and routine maintenance activities in line with contract, statutory, JLL, and OEM requirements and obligations.· Refine preventative maintenance process management in conjunction with FM Teams to ensure the timely completion of reporting requirements; and · Tertiary qualifications in Facilities, Asset Management or related field are desirable but not mandatory. Demonstrable experience within a similar role will be well regarded.· The ability to extract and analyse data into clear and logical reports with a particular attention to detail.· Proficient in the use of the MS Office product suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, particularly Excel with a knowledge of pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas, etc.· Deliver defined review and reporting requirements of planned and reactive management performance· 100% compliance with JLL and client audit, compliance and ethics requirements· At least 1-3 years of experience in managing and/or delivering schedule planning associated with asset management and maintenance strategies in a commercial environment· Demonstrated skills in rigorous, fact-based analyses that drive creative problem solving, proposal preparation, and negotiations.· Persuasive written and verbal communication skills coupled with strong multi-tasking and organizational capabilities, with a high level of attention to detail.· Electrical, mechanical and/or a related engineering/trade field, Facilities Management experience· Ability to prioritise workload in a high pressure, deadline driven work environment.At JLL, we give you the opportunity, knowledge and tools to own your success, because we value what makes each of us unique.
