Job Type Full time Workspace About the Role Duties and Responsibilities: Work with the project team across all functions to ensure quality and timely project delivery. Ensure optimal engagement of delivery resources and collaborate with managers for resource allocation. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all stakeholders understand scope and deliverables. Assemble project schedules, keep project reporting systems current, and monitor work efforts. Review solution estimates and seek clarifications as needed. Identify and track key milestones. Monitor and communicate project progress, including cost, schedule, risks, and issues. Proactively manage project risks and mitigation strategies. Implement Change Control procedures to manage scope, schedule, and budget. Predict resource needs and draft project budgets. Oversee contracts and subcontracts. Ensure compliance with construction and safety codes. Manage Project Engineers, subcontractors, and team leaders. Ensure quality control and assurance. Prepare project handover documents. Requirements Licensed Electrical/Electronics Engineer Minimum 3 years project management experience in construction Experience with systems such as Lighting, Audio, Video, Control System, CCTV, FDAS, and other ELV systems Ability to read plans and interpret blueprints Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD Knowledge of electrical design, equipment layouts, and load schedules Understanding of construction, engineering, and architecture principles Skills in budgeting, scheduling, negotiating, and cost control Familiarity with contracts and subcontract documents Strong leadership and management skills Traits: hardworking, multitasking, trustworthy, results-oriented, analytical, interpersonal skills Knowledge of construction processes, supplies, tools, materials, and equipment About Amigo Entertainment Technologies, Inc.
